Cajun Catfish Stink Bait

This recipe is easy to follow and uses ingredients that you can find at your local grocery store. Here are the steps to make this irresistible bait for catfish.

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of chicken livers

- 1/4 cup of minced garlic

- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning

- 1/4 cup of cheese cloth

- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup of cornmeal

- 1/4 cup of flour

- Water

Directions:

1. Cut the chicken livers into small pieces and place them in a large bowl. Add the garlic and Cajun seasoning and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

2. Cut the cheese cloth into small squares and place a spoonful of the liver mixture on each square. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and wrap the cheese cloth around the mixture, forming a ball. Secure the ball with a rubber band or a string.

3. In a small bowl, combine the cornmeal and flour. Roll each ball in the cornmeal mixture until well coated.

4. Place the balls in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the balls are firm.

5. Drain the balls and let them cool completely. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.

To use the Cajun Catfish Stink Bait, simply attach one ball to your hook and cast it into the water. The strong smell and flavor will attract catfish from far and wide. Enjoy your fishing trip and good luck!
